Welcome
Welcome to the Beauty Business Suite CRM Snapshot! This system was built to help beauty
professionals spend less time figuring out the backend of their business and more time serving
clients and growing their business. Inside you'll find systems for organizing leads, automating
follow-up, booking appointments, nurturing clients, and running a professional business.
Before You Begin
You'll need: an active GoHighLevel account, a computer, your logo, brand colors, business email,
business phone number, website or booking link, and social media links. Estimated setup time:
45–90 minutes.
Step 1 – Import Your Snapshot
Log into GoHighLevel, open the Marketplace, locate Beauty Business Suite, purchase the
snapshot, click Install, choose your subaccount, and wait for the import to finish.
Step 2 – Replace Branding
Go to Settings → Company and update your business name, logo, address, phone number, email,
website, and time zone.
Step 3 – Connect Your Domain
Navigate to Settings → Domains and connect your custom domain if you have one.
Step 4 – Connect Your Email
Go to Settings → Email Services, connect your email provider, and send yourself a test email.
Step 5 – Connect Your Phone Number
Connect or purchase your business phone number so SMS reminders and automations work
correctly.
Step 6 – Customize Calendars
Review business hours, appointment lengths, buffers, availability, and holidays.
Step 7 – Update Pipelines
Review every opportunity stage and rename them to fit your business if needed.
Step 8 – Update Workflows
Replace placeholder information such as your business name, booking link, email, phone number,
and social links. Review each trigger before publishing.
Step 9 – Review Email Templates
Update signatures, branding, booking links, and contact information.Step 10 – Review SMS Templates
Replace placeholder text with your business information.
Step 11 – Update Forms
Customize intake forms, consultation forms, and contact forms with your branding and questions.
Step 12 – Update Landing Pages
Replace text, images, colors, pricing, testimonials, and links.
Step 13 – Connect Payments
If accepting payments, connect Stripe and complete a small test transaction.
Step 14 – Test Everything
Submit forms, book appointments, receive emails and texts, and verify every workflow functions
correctly before going live.
Recommended First Automations
Enable your Welcome Workflow, Appointment Confirmation, Appointment Reminder, Thank You,
Review Request, and Rebooking Reminder first.
Troubleshooting
If emails fail, verify your email connection. If texts fail, verify your phone setup. If workflows don't
run, check triggers, filters, and publication status. If bookings fail, verify calendar settings and time
zones.
Frequently Asked Questions
The snapshot does not overwrite existing data. Everything is customizable. You can duplicate
workflows, delete unused assets, and no coding is required. Your purchase includes 30 days of
email support.
